I am writing to offer my enthusiastic recommendation for the KZN Industrial Energy Efficient Training and Resource Centre (KZN IEETR Centre) following my recent experience as a participant in the PV GreenCard Assessment. From the initial stages of registration to the completion of my assessment, I found the Centre’s professionalism, expertise, and commitment to quality to be outstanding.
Brilliant and extensive knowledge from Prof. Ian Lazarus and Mr Eugene Zeelie, course covers a lot of aspects and not just general “taken for granted”, intensive and hands on with actual live fault finding set up….highly recommended course for any solar installer.
Hello DUT Team, I am so thrilled about my results. Firstly I would like to thank Prof Lazarus and Eugene for lecturing us and teaching us the skills to improve ourselves in the field. We really enjoyed PV GreenCard course. A great and very big thank you goes out to Kereshnie for putting everything together and ensuring that everything was done 100% and we were kept comfortable.

Global Joint Council for Business Communities (GJCBC) have been working in collaboration with the KZN Industrial Energy Efficient Training and Resource Centre (KZN IEETR) since 2019. We have worked with them on a number of projects including projects in collaboration with the GIZ. The collaboration between GIZ and GJCBC in 2021, included the KZN IEETR offering the online course in Solar Photovoltaics Fundamentals to 50 Trainees as arranged by the Global Joint Council for Business Communities (GJCBC). The course ran smoothly and was well organized. The trainees enjoyed their experience. I am delighted to recommend The KZN IEETR Centre.
